As people of Ghanaian origin or affiliation, our personal success is shallow unless it is rooted in the success of our mother Ghana .

II. Volunteers
Talent, commitment, dedication and goodwill of our members are priceless pillars of our work. Our members are genuinely interested in the vision and work of the organization.
III. Partnerships
Our focus is to find solutions wherever they may be. Partnerships are thus a natural feature of our mission and work. The task of nation building cannot be borne by few people; volunteer labor, donors and other nonprofit organizations must all be deployed to achieve our shared vision.
IV. Ownership
Leadership and nation building, require a sense of shared ownership and individual responsibility. Each person has immense contributions to make and must take the initiative and responsibility to do so.
