Annual report from the President and Executive Board
This publication will be posted on the web and e-mailed to all contributing members annually. It will outline the board's vision for the next year and outline achievements chalked by the organization in the past year.
Bi-annual newsletter
The purpose of this is to keep our members abreast with events and activities and to enlist the involvement in on-going projects.
Annual financial report
We will issue an annual financial report detailing all our income and project expenditure for the fiscal year in question. Note that our organization has a minimal general operating cost since members and executive board members are not paid. Much of the contributions from members go directly into project funding and the like.
